That is NSane! Nice work!!!!!!

Do you take that metal somewhere to recess it like that (firewall, etc.) or do you do it yourself. Nice touch recessing the brake booster. Was that for a reason or just a cool look?

Edited some of the pic tags for you. A few pics weren't showing up.

Dave, everything is built in-house including the floor and firewall which keeps the cost down. I recessed the brake booster for a cleaner look. Thanks DeWayne

:agree: Last night I was trying to explain to my wife how much talent it takes to do work like that.

Got any tips on doing these tack welds on sheet metal? From the way that heat affected zone looks, it looks like you are welding much hotter than I am. I notice that your weld lays flatter too. Wire size? I would like to get a little better at this.

Not as good a closeup as yours, but would like to get better at this.

I use .030 wire size and turn the heat up a little. it burns in fast and I get very good penetration. I always finish the backside of the weld so you can't tell what I've replaced. Here are a few pics of the backside of my welds. DeWayne

For some reason when I was at a computer that I could see pics I failed to look at this. Very impressed with your work, wish I had the equipment, time and talent to do what you do. Very Very nice!
