Almost 5 yrs, but not continuously. I moved had to build a new shop. I just met Bryan at Hunter's Expo and joined this site. I am just catching up on the build thread. I hope to catch this up later this weekend. Maybe I can work on it some over the holiday.

You are correct, your eyes are still good. I am going to work that out after I install it. I am trying to get enough parts on that I can get the registration and drive it for a while then maybe paint in the fall. Hopefully I can bring to the show in July.

Not bad for free. I paid $44 for materials and a trip to my mothers. My uncle provided the labor. I am taking it to a local cruise in/show this weekend. I have it where I can drive it legally now. I will put my seat in on Thursday. We are having the 35th Trigg County Country Ham Festival this weekend. Lots of food crafts, and free music concerts for anybody interested. On Saturday they cook a 10.5 ft diameter biscuit.

The project has some new shoes. I also installed a front sway bar I picked up. It is a 1 1/4 bar with end links unlike the stock setup. The wheels are 18X8 and tires are 255/55-18. It may need to be a little lower sometime.
