Definitely a bummer. We went through 5 windshields on my '66 before got one that wasn't delaminating. Ended up it being no charge because of all the trouble.

Bryan stopped by this morning and brought the trophy from the Southeast Truck Nationals. These trophies are really neat.

Thanks Craig. I wouldn't be this close without the people on this Board. Lot's of questions have been answered here. Sometimes you don't have to ask, just read what others have done. Thanks everyone.

Congratulations on the trophy. I'm sorry there was a mix up in the first place. Good to see you again , even if only for a few minutes.

Been working on my tilt column I picked up from Woody at the Truck Show. I have it all apart. Now I have to find the new bearings for it. It's an RV column so I relocated the neutral safety switch location. Other than that it will bolt right in. It was actually in very good shape. You have to click on the images to see them larger. Can somebody tell me why my pics are small. I need to fix that.

Got my rear splash guards back from powder coat again. The painter painted them orange. Even after I told him they were powder coat.

They look good. I know you were telling me about the overspray on your frame as well. It really sucks that you got dealt a bad hand like that!

Thinking about lowering the Roadster another inch front and back. I will probably use blocks on the back. I will use springs on the front. It has drop spindles now. I am thinking I may need 2 inch drop springs on the front. I am thinking the stock 43 year old springs probably have some drop already. Am I thinking too much? What do you guys think?

OE probably sagging some, if nothing
else it would perform better with the
drop coils up front, I say 2" max if
your not trying to get down low.

After a year I finally installed my tilt column. I bought this from Woody. It is an RV tilt. I moved the NS switch, installed new bearings, turn signal switch, and had it powder coated.
