Do you have a 220 in that garage??

Lowe's was having a sale on their Cobalt brand air compressor's last week. I think the 60 gallon which would do just about anything you wanted was about $325 I have their 80 gallon and it's awesome.

Yes and No, I have plenty of room in the box, but
have not run wire or outlets yet for a compressor.

The springs will seat once you get some weight in them. Also don't tighten the lower a arms until everything else is set in, ball joints, upper a arms. This way there is no binding.

I need an assembly manual I think, it would answer
alot of questions and get me over the main hump. I
looked at the lines but it's too confusing. I took alot
of pic's of the frame before we tore it apart but most
of them were of the suspension, dohh! Pick up the
tires tomorrow in P-Cola on my way back home to
TN. Florida weather has been awesome, I needed it.

Well I went up there this morning to get the rear
axle ready for the custom trailing arms. I put on
the left side rear disc brakes and ran into issues.
Either I got the wrong rotors in my kit, or Moser
made my axles wrong. (Let's hope it's the rotor)

Really bummed cause I was getting somewhere.

Yeppers, I gotta have my brand New Moser axles
turned down at the stud plate and the hub. I gotta
have .375 taken off the hub center, and .375 more
milled into the relief on the backside of the rotor.
I'm going to get an estimate on the machine work
tomorrow and hopefully have them done in 3-5.

First time seein it in person and it looks truly show quality. I would run over to west tn aircompressors for some pressurized air. They got good deals on new compressors. you can get a BLUE one not to name the brand, but you get the POINT reasonable.

I picked this up off Evil Bay last night. It wasn't a need
so we will just call it a want. I'm 99% sure that it's the
logo from the 70's for "Hickey Performance" but I may
be wrong. Never the less it will look cool installed. Not
positive it will fit, but will make cool wall art if it won't.

Not sure what it's made out of, I'm hoping that it fits
because I forgot about the rear adjustable panard.

Glad to see you are finally making some progress. Is there a left and right caliper or are they both the same and mount one behind the axle and the other in front of the axle?

James, No I didn't have any and they are not hunkered down tight yet.

Earl, I basically don't have anything left for running a e-brake

I wouldn't worry about an e-brake. Your running an automatic so if you're that worried about it bring a big 4x4 with you and throw behind the rear tire.

I know this is going to sound insane, but the E-brake or parking brake (as I like to call it because in an emergency its worthless and great for parking on a big hill) is going to have something to do with the way the caliper piston works. The piston inside that caliper may be threaded on the shaft that is attached to the lever on the parking brake. if it is never used the caliper will lock up because of rust. It is possible that it would not even work on one side of the rotor because without the parking brake preload the piston may not have enough travel to pull both pistons aganst the rotor. Without looking closer at it I wouldn't want to make that call.
