I know the AirRide guys mount their tanks and compressors under the cab on the outside of the frame.

I put mine behind the rear pass side tire on the frame. The farther away from you the better, in my opinion.

My cousin was making a dress for her daughter one time and was ask how she was doing. Her reply was "Oh, you know me, sew sew sew, rip rip rip." I think that applies to our work on these trucks sometimes.
