Post Blue Ridge Parkway
Me and Deb got my parents to watch our boys this past Sunday and we took off riding up on the Blue Rdige Parkway. We drove over to Cherokee, NC then over to Waynesville, NC. Here's a few shots of our adventure.

It's not much, but I figured I would post to get some traffic going here.

Looks good to me. Always good to see a classic out and about with a good backdrop.

I'm sure Craig would agree that a trip to Waynesville NC must be finished with a few racks of ribs at FATT BUDDIES.

 I've never been to Fat Buddies. We did, however, go to Maggie's Galley. It's a small "hole in the wall" type place that serves seafood. We've been there twice and it's great. I got the Blackened rainbow trout and Deb got Snow Crab legs.

Thanks for all the compliments, guys.

All this talk about Fat Buddies has me thinking about planning a mini-meet somewhere in the Maggie Valley-Waynesville area. Maybe rent a pavillion and have FB's cater.

The can't cook enough to
Cater for the Zoo Crew !!

One year at the MV show
we had 50 people there !!

I called ahead 3 days, they
forgot, so we had 1 server.

Needless to say, she made
out really good that night !!

I may make a trip back over the mountain and try FB's. I may talk to them and see what kind of catering services they offer.
