Post PS setup
Hey, I'm trying to decide what PS setup I should look for to go on my '68. I have a 68 pump (don't know if it is any good) but I only have the lower bracket. Should I try to find an upper bracket or would it be better to look for a newer bracket and pump set up complete. I realize that might include changing hoses, too.

Also, I just realized today that my block is not drilled for the bracket I have. Can I just drill and tap it?

Thanks.

Yes, you can just tap it and drill it. Just fill the hole with a little bit of silicone.

Unless you want to go with a serpentine setup.

I've thought about a serpentine set up, or should I say been very, very tempted by the thougt of it.

I realized I have a long pump set up so I'm going to get a PS bracket for a long pump and go that route. I won't have to drill and tap that way.
