Post Stud Girdles
Anyone running a set of stud girdles? Just curious if they are worth the cash? One guy on the big forum says that they are a waste if you are not racing, yet I have read that they help no matter what you are using the motor for.

Not on a street engine. Those are desingned for high revving engines and cams with more than .550 lift. It basically just keeps the kenetic energy and vibration forces of the moving rocker arms from damaging the studs at high rpms. I don't see where it would be beneficial at all on a street engine.
