Post 5" drop springs on the way
Well, I don't complain about my truck alot, but I don't like the stance. It sits nice up front, but I think it sits too high in the rear. I called ECE and ordered a set of 5" rear drop springs and a Super Track bar kit. The new stuff should be here Friday. I'll get some new pics after getting it all installed. I will soon have a set of 4" rear springs and an adjustable panhard bar for sale.

I almost wrote:

Wow, that's really high in the rear! You sure you want to drop it down that much?

Then I saw you already had 4" drop springs. I'm a dolt.

I'll be sure to get some pics after it's done. It doesn't look like I'll have a chance to get it done this weekend though. I may have to work on it a couple evenings next week, so be patient fellas.

I can't believe that's a 3.5/5 drop, I need to rethink.

$60 for the springs and $40 for the bar. I would rather sell them as a set, but I will split.

Hi Matt
That looks sweet! :punk: What wheels/tires are ya runnin and what sizes? Also, are truck & burb springs the same? I have 2 1/2 western drop spindles already, and would love gettin my panel to the same ride height you have. Do you still have the track bar? Any and all info is greatly appreciated!

Larry

Larry, my drop is 3.5/5. My wheel/tire combo is 15x8's on all corners with 255/60/15 front 275/60/15 rear tires. The old springs and track bar have been sold.

As far as I know, truck and burb springs are the same. The only thing I would imagine is the burbs sitting about 1/2" to 1" lower than a truck with the same springs due to the extra weight.

Hi Matt
Thanks for the info. What brand are the rims? Billett Specialities, ARE, etc? I really like those!
